Why can't I find the Surfshark Antivirus on my macOS?
Currently, the Surfshark Antivirus is only available for our customers who download the Surfshark .DMG version directly from our website, instead of the App Store.
What to do if I can't find the Surfshark Antivirus on my macOS?
You have to download the Surfshark .DMG version from our official website.
NOTE: You will need to have macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher and 500MB of free disk space for the Antivirus to work.
If you have Surfshark app downloaded from the official App Store, check the following steps (if you don’t have Surfshark app at all, check step 2):
- Drag the current Surfshark application to the Recycle Bin to delete it completely.
- Download VPN on macOS by pressing Download app.
- Go through the installation process, and open your Surfshark application.
